 Export Logistics Coordinator

(General Office Administration)

The successful candidate must be an efficient, dynamic and self-motivated person with the ability to work accurately, independently, and under pressure.

The responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, capturing and processing of export orders
  • Invoicing of debtors
  • Liaise with production regarding stock, packaging requirements & preparation of orders
  • Liaise with forwarding agents and clients
  • Generating of all necessary export documents for orders
  • Logistical control of all bottled products
  • Submission and follow up of all wine related overseas tenders
  • Coordinating and dispatch of all international promotional material
  • Assisting Marketing Manager with travel arrangements
  • Compiling/sending of export sales reports

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am -5pm, with one compulsory Saturday per month to assist in tasting room sales.

Relevant tertiary qualification, previous experience in a similar position in the wine industry and experience with the Wine-Online program are requirements.
Working knowledge of the EzyWine program will be beneficial.

Maintenance Assistant - Graham Beck Robertson

We are looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible for performing tasks related to maintenance work and machinery in the cellar and production departments.

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Must have mechanical and technical skills
  • Maintain good relationships with co-workers

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Maintenance work, inspections and troubleshooting ; General mechanical work ; Record -keeping ; Cleaning of work area ; General tasks
